We sign a bilingual NDA before we look at any file, and a separate NNN agreement with every factory we approach. Tooling and drawings stay registered to you, not to the factory.
We operate legal entities in both the US and China, so you can contract with whichever side suits your legal and tax setup. Pay in USD or RMB by wire, ACH or Alipay, with flexible milestone-based terms — for example 30% at tooling, 70% before shipment.
Typical first runs are 500–2,000 units. For simpler mechanical parts we can start lower; for custom electronics the component MOQs usually set the floor and we tell you where that lands before you commit.
Yes. We buy through authorised distributors where availability allows and flag any part that would need a broker, with the risk stated in writing.
Most projects run two to three rounds. Each round comes back with a DFM report so the next iteration removes cost rather than just fixing fit.
